Clenching teeth during sleep-severe pressure exerted-end result of wearing teeth and cracks appearing, or teeth giving way when eating something hard.
(A nightguard was suggested). Mouthguard is simple to use and mouth quickly adjusts to insertion.. ..it is very small.
The mouthguard is very comfortable to wear. I am no longer anxious about my teeth disintegrating. It's a good insurance policy for the future and will save me money I hope.

I have suffered headaches and in the past few years. (Charlotte suggested) a mouthguard at night specific to prevent grining of teeth and Bowen treament.
There has been a reduction in jaw pain and tooth pain due to the absence of grinding and headaches have been minimised.
