If you are seeking a solution for darkened teeth, then a bright and brilliant smile is only days away with tooth whitening. It involves a simple process of filling a customised ultra thin mouthguard with a whitening gel called Nite White® and placing it over the teeth for a short period of time each day.

You will receive your kit from the hygienist and she will talk you through your individual approach to using this product and also the results you can expect.

Treatment Options

Option 1- Overnight wear: while you sleep. Minimum wear-time is 4 hours, although longer wear-time is beneficial.

Option 2- Daytime wear: 2-4 hours per application, once or twice a day. This option is recommended for problem sleepers.

Procedure

Floss and brush your teeth. Next, remove the clear plastic cap from the syringe and replace with the mixing nozzle.
Place a small amount of gel in each tooth compartment in the tray. Each syringe has 10 calibrated treatment doses. Use approximately one dose per tray.
Place the tray with gel in the mouth.
Remove excess gel with finger or dry toothbrush. When inserting the tray, be careful not to push all of the gel out, but be sure that the tray is completely seated.
After whitening, remove and rinse the trays with cold water. If necessary, use a toothbrush to remove any residual gel. Place the trays in the storage case, and store them in a cool, dry place. Rinse and brush excess gel from teeth.
